- This unit is currently occupied and is scheduled to be move-in ready the First Week of August.  Because we work with people our units do rent quickly, we usually have our units rented before they become available.  You are welcome to drive by and check out the neighborhood.  If you would like to apply we encourage you to do so soon.  WE RENT OUR HOUSES FAST, don't hesitate to call & Submit an Application!!!

- What if I have No, New, or Bad Credit?
NO Problem We Work with all type of Credit! We understand& that Life Happens...

- What are the qualifications?
You must Complete an Application, Provide you ID, Proof of Income (What ever that may be), Display that you can afford the Rent (we prefer you to make at least 2X the rent), Have the First Months Rent and Deposit...

- How Much is The Deposit?
Our Deposit is 100% REFUNDABLE & Starts at $1,000.00* (Depending on your Credit, & Rental History, But, don't stress we'll work with you!!!) We approve 95+% of the people who apply the people we do not approve are those not being honest with us. If you have any Credit, or Rental History issues we will ask for a larger deposit which is 100% Refundable.

- How Much does the House Rent For?
This House Rents for $1,400.00. Please Note NO Utilities are included.

- What is The Application Fee?
A one time fee of $35.00 Per Adult.  We Conduct a thorough Credit, Background, & Rental history Check to insure residents Safety!  If you’re interested you can Download the Application by Clicking on the "BLUE" Link just below this text box!  (Don't stress we'll work with you!!!)  You can pay the Application Fee on the "Contact Us" page. What is the Pet Policy?
Unfortunately we have had many bad experiences with pets, we do Prefer NO Pets, however we do allow Fish (Up to a 30 Gallon Tank), and Small birds.  We do Not allow Dogs, Cats, Rodents, or Reptiles.

- On Section 8 / Housing?  We will accept Section 8 "IF" you have a 3 Bedroom voucher and can afford the $1,300.00 rent without utilities.
