 - How Much is The Deposit?
Our Deposit is 100% REFUNDABLE & Starts at $1,000.00* (Depending on your Credit, & Rental History, But, don't stress we'll work with you!!!)  We approve 95+% of the people who apply the people we do not approve are those not being honest with us.  If you have any Credit, or Rental History issues we will ask for a larger deposit which is 100% Refundable. 

 - How Much does the House Rent For?
 This House Rents for $1,400.00.  Water, Sewer, & Garbage is included (Gas & Electric are not).

- What is The Application Fee?

 What is the Pet Policy?
Unfortunately we have had many bad experiences with pets...   We Prefer No Pets but will make allowances for them so long as they are covered by your insurance.  We do Not allow Rodents, or Reptiles.  Please Note that you will be required to pay an addition $500 Pet-Deposit, and monthly Pet-Rent.  Just be upfront and Honest let us know what pets you have and we'll do our best to work with you!

- On Section 8 / Housing?  I'm sorry but we are not accepting Section 8 for this home.
