- Other Current Market Concerns...
The BIG "F" word "FLORCLOUSURE".  Many prospective Tenants have expressed concern about our ownership status of our property.  Our family has been in the Real Estate business since 1973 when my parent bought their first piece of commercial property and Sold their house to insure they'd be able to meet their obligations.  Having said that Foreclosure IS NOT AN OPTION FOR US!!!  We are more that capable of meeting our financial obligations.   BTW we still own that Commercial property bought in 1973!!!
